Created group not showing up

Opened Group manager
Created a group.
Added items to it.
Closed Group Manager

Group doesn't show up in Start Menu X
Virtual Groups are enabled.

Tried closing and restarting Start Menu X
After restart, no Groups shown including built-in groups
Had to disable and re-enable Virtual Groups to get built-in groups to show up. Created group still doesn't show up

virtual groups don't work (not finished)

- virtual groups that I create in group manager are not visible in start
menu; restart of Windows doesn't help
- 6 default virtual groups seem to work mostly correctly, but they are
not visible in Group manager and I cannot edit them at all
- 6 default virtual groups are visible in all upper level menus, not
only Programs (but also e.g. in Control Panel)
- default virtual groups are not visible after Windows restart, but
become visible only after deactivating then reactivating them

Edit default groups

I would like to be able to edit the default groups at present the default groups do not show up in the Group Manager on my machine. However added groups are not added to my menus so perhaps Group Manager is not working properly.
