Must either use Windows 7 Control Panel

Must either use Windows 7 Control Panel (“Personalization” / “Window Color”, formerly “Display”) metrics for font size (this is what I really want), or keep the current zoom feature in new program (I only use zoom as a work-around for the hard-coded font size in the current CSM, which is too small. I zoom to the font size I need and then never change it)
