arrange the linksInstant problem I have w v4.01 is that I cannot arrange my links as I want. I always have had links that arrange major links --- those that have sublinks first and then individual links following, both organized as alpha but separated. Example: I have a link to the Recycle Bin which is fixed in location. I was able to put it with a dead space and then --- do not recall how I got that empty space --- and then Recycle Bin was the last item in the list. For what I see now I cannot organize my links at all in 4.01 Is no Move function or equivalent so the user can organize the Start Menu as he wants.
Provide ability to control the order of items within folders as I like instead of being confined to alphabetical order. This used to work in the Vista version of the app and is the one area where it feels like the X version of the app has gone backards. .

as one could do in Vista Start Menu and highlight the new installation programs.
