More settings needed.

I would like settings for:
Timeouts of side menus--instead of having to click again to get the sub-menus to close--they should close when they lose focus. This should be a setting.
Font size specifically.
Window Timeout: Instead of making the menu go away when it loses focus--I would like to make it permanent on a specific monitor (always open).
Size of icon and ability to change type of icon. When the metro view is shown my computer shows tiny icons. Allow everyone to get metro-like functionality even without Windows 8.
Perhaps these could be in an advanced setting option only available to Pro users--or in an .ini file.
