Add a command for opening the windows 8 start page

I'd like to see a command that works like the hover area in the lower left corner of the windows screen or Start in the charms menu. Mainly, I'd like to do all my navigation from the start menu, but that one as eluded me.

Especially since the windows button brings up StartMenuX instead of the Start Page

To further support this idea, I'd like to point out that when the task bar is on the bottom of the screen, the StartMenuX button is in the lower left corner and (at least on my system) it's impossible to click through it the Start Page hover icon and return to the Start Page. A Windows 8 Start Page command in the StartMenuX drop down would substitute quite nicely.

And while at it, fix the windows key so that it works as designed (brings up the start page) instead of the start menu. Make sure it works on the metro side, too.
