loses window focus

Start menu X. (4.99 freeware). Sometimes it loses focus from windows. For example the easiest way to get this bug is delete file/folder and after confirmation of removal, focus didn't returns to window with other files. Also it happens when closing tabs in browser.
It's hard to explain with my bad english =/
