Nested Virtual Groups

Three big groups could benefit from this:

Media with Audio/Photo/Video as subgroups. Things like Media Player would just be under Media because it's not specific to the other subgroups.

Office with Microsoft and Libre as subgroups. Lots of other stuff would sit under Office outside of the subgroups, too.

Utilities with lots of subgroups such as Disk, File System etc.

To do this currently, I have to make flat groups like:

Media
Media - Audio
Media - Photo
Media - Video

or create folders in the start menu folder.
