Colours for Start Menu X independent of Windows

Would like to be able to choose the colour scheme for Start Menu X independently of the Windows colour schemes and then prevent those colours from changing. It is annoying to change the Window theme and then have the colours of Start Menu X change as well. Also would be nice to have more default skins available when first configuring the program in addition to the ones supplied (perhaps these could only be available in the Pro version as an incentive to purchase).
